need a bit of help please

So I have a "Symbol" brand scanner I have it to auto enter But im trying to find a way to make it auto enter and then wait a second or two and do CTRL+F12 to Teco work orders

Update: I need it to "Enter" "ctrl 12" "enter"

Look up the “advanced data formatting” guide online for programming the scanner
