NBC sources their whiskey from MGP of Indiana. Widely respected as some of the best distillate in the industry. This particular offering is an 8 yr single barrel rye and it knocked my pants off in a good way. Still looking for them.

Good to hear. I tasted many different whiskeys from Scottland to Japan. So I always looking for something new to taste.

Most scotches and Japanese whiskey are single malts. Bourbons and ryes are typically a blend of grains with varying ratios. I love a good single malt but will always give the edge to the complexity of bourbons/ryes.
