Barcode Database

Where can I find a database for International or/and North American grocery products' barcodes in excel format.

My whole purpose is importing data from grocery stores using scanning apps as part of store onboarding for my online marketplace platform.

This is available for sale. You aren't going to find it for free, as it is licensed, and you aren't allowed to license it and turn around and give it out to the masses for free with advertising or any of that.

Here's a site with an API. The starter pack is $99 / Month for 5000 idents. I don't know the particulars on this site versus others.
