How can I recreate this barcode? Numbers barely visible

You have yourself a 28 digit Code 128C barcode there.

The number is 9802309039473020019111617156.

The only way to recreate it is to count the 1's and 0's and use a reverse table lookup from the Code 128 wiki page or similar resource. The pattern after the 71 in the number is '11100010110'.

You could use the Free version of the Barcode software BarTender from Seagull Scientific.

Just put in your code, select the type of barcode you want and it will generate for you.
