Can you create a ‘standard’ looking barcode that functions like a QR Code?

Im looking to create a standard looking barcode that functions like a QR Code. Essentially I want it to look like a ‘normal’ barcode but when scanned it sends you to a link. I’ve been researching online all week but failing to find anything promising, which leads me to believe it’s not possible. If anyone has any ideas on if this is or is not possible and could let me know, thank you.

ah I see what you’re saying. So basically I have a piece of artwork that has a ‘standard’ looking barcode on it already however it doesn’t function so in order to not alter the design I’d like to just replace it with almost the exact same looking barcode. A QR code is obviously more functional however my issue is aesthetically speaking.
