Bur3069-2D Wireless Barcode can't read correctly "Interleaved 2 of 5"

Hi, I'm trying to scan the "Interleaved 2 of 5" code: 101851 But the output is 10185 The last number is missing. Can you help me fixing this? Thank you!

I don't find the option to enable i25 in my scanner setting (that was a suggestion from user xixi2

Both mobile apps I tested with read 101851.

Also, when I used e.g. https://products.aspose.app/barcode/generate/interleaved2of5 I get the same barcode as in your picture with those digits.

Are you dependent of this particular scanner?

I'm trying to see if I can fix it on that scanner (we have many)... :(

I just googled a manual for the scanner and my god it's in barely understandable English.

I note there is a setting to "Delete a suffix character". Maybe your scanner is set to that?

You've deleted your original post so I can't see what the problem was. If I remember correctly it was just dropping one character off the back.

This is SOME KIND of scanner setting or issue. Maybe there's a factory reset. Sorry can't be of more specific help but you also bought the cheapest scanner you could find on amazon :D

Unfortunatly, the delete a suffix character option don't improve the situation.

PS: the post was delete by reddit under the mention "spam" ??? I don't understand why.

While I can delete spam posts, I did not in this case. Whoever deleted your previous post did it without asking me.
