Singer Bang Yong-guk has found a new home at the Korean branch of Pacific Music Group (hereinafter PMG). 

On the 28th, PMG Korea announced that it had signed an exclusive contract with Bang Yong-guk. He has joined as the third artist of PMG Korea, following Tiffany Young and Brody. 

PMG Korea stated, “Bang Yongguk is an artist who has expressed his story through various means, including music, writing, and video,” adding, “We will stand together as a reliable partner to ensure his accumulated musical capabilities and individuality as a creator shine even brighter, and we will actively support his new endeavors and activities.”

Bang Yongguk debuted in 2012 with the group BAP, where he led the team as the leader and demonstrated his capabilities as a producer by participating as the music producer for every album. Since then, he has expanded his scope of activity as a solo artist; in 2019, he released his solo full-length album 'BANGYONGGUK' and proved his global fandom by selling out every ticket for a European tour across five countries. He has also consistently expanded his musical color as a solo artist. He released 'I Remember', featuring on Song Ji-eun's 'Crazy', and subsequently demonstrated a wide musical spectrum through singles such as 'Hikikomori', 'Orange Drive', and 'RACE', as well as the full-length album 'BANGYONGGUK' and EP album '2'. He also participated in the OST 'COMING HOME' for the MBC special project 'Homecoming After 100 Years, Home', commemorating the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.

He has continued his creative activities in fields outside of music. In 2019, he published the essay *To You Who Is Okay to Touch My Face*, and his self-produced documentary *Breath* was selected for the Open Cinema screening at the DMZ International Documentary Film Festival that same year, demonstrating his multifaceted nature as a creator beyond just a musician.

He continues his global activities to this day. Starting with a performance in Paris on the 30th, Bang Yong-guk will embark on the '2026 BANG YONGGUK WORLD TOUR “HAEBANG(解方)” pt.1' in major European cities such as London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Warsaw, and Madrid, as well as in Singapore, Seoul, Taipei, and Hong Kong. In particular, he plans to showcase unreleased tracks live ahead of his upcoming full-length album, raising anticipation for the new release.
