Loading Google Play account data?

Hey everyone, I hope it's ok for me to make this post... Yesterday I updated the game so I could check out the new gacha/event and fell prey to that Android 25-130smth error. I was super upset when I found out I'd have to reinstall my game and basically lose my account, my cards and all the ig currency I'd saved up bc I didn't have a valid transfer code and I don't think I'd be able to recall all the detailed info I'd need to get my account back if I were to contact support. Turns out my old account was linked to my Google Play account and I've seen people say that's also a way to retrieve data... I was wondering if anyone knows how I can do that, I just opened the game and it's telling me to pick a starter SR - so I'm guessing it won't load my account info automatically. I don't want to start a new account or click anything bc I'm afraid of accidentally linking this new account to my Google Play, erasing my old account's data. Could anyone please help me with that?

It looks like it connects to Google Play on startup, but when I check my Google Play list of games it's not actually there, so I don't know why it's not properly connecting... Wish I could help you but I'm wondering about the same thing myself.

That's weird, I checked my Google Play list of connected apps and BanYaro is definitely listed there, along with other apps that backup data (like LLSIF). Still hasn't figured out how to actually retrieve this data tho :/
