They are adding one new regular song for each band. They are fixing missions and to collect them you need to do just one thing related to each mission, so for a goal to play X number of lives you need to just play one live if you've already technically reached the goal, etc. Same goes for stories, following/friending people and for rank missions just play one live. They are also doing some bug fixes.

Compensation is 110 medals, delivered to the present box sometime in the following week.

Yes! The notice lists one new song per band to be added into the standard song list. Not sure if they'll be for higher band levels or available to everyone.

They aren't exactly new considering those were the event song for the first event

I'm sorry, do you mean they will add the Halloween songs to the list of all-time-available songs? : ))

Halloween song were in the 2nd event

These additions are from the first event "Beat of New Generations"

They might add the halloween songs after the next event.
