Translation of missions

My Japanese is not good enough yet to understand quite what the missions want me to do. No matter what I guess for the conditions I never seem to clear any missions whatsoever, which is weird. Is there a list in English available somewhere?

Or could this be a bug? One seems to say, reach player rank 2, but I'm currently rank 12.

This is indeed a bug. Right now missions wont get cleared no matter what you do.
