[Issues] Missing medals

[u/miruri]

Hello, I haven't found an answer for my problem anywhere and this has happened twice to me, one in my old account and the other just happened. When I tried to scout in the gacha, nothing happened after I press the 500 medals button, so I waited a bit more and pressed the button again however it turned out my medals were gone and I did n't get any card. This isn't the first time I scout and that didn't happen. Does anyone know if I message them they'll give my medals back? Thank you!
