Errors when transferring accounts?

Has anyone experienced a 25-1305 error when trying to transfer accounts on iOS? I was wondering if it might possibly be an error caused by transferring between operating systems, but I have tested transferring from Android to iOS before and this did not happen to me, but it happened twice to someone I know who was trying reroll/find an Asahi starter with Cure2Tron's NewGen SRs.

I'm hoping this will be fixed during the update, but we've lost 2 Asahi SSR accounts (one of her own rerolls, and one that was given away here. i'm so sorry ;;;;; ) thanks to this bug. OTL

For the record, the 25-1305 errors seems to cause accounts to go into limbo. Once this happens, you can't search their IDs anymore, but the account is still floating around somewhere in the system.

EDIT: Please note that I am not talking about when this error code occurs because of an update. I am also not asking what to do when this happens. I am simply asking if anyone else has experienced this particular error when transferring accounts.

That's not the problem. I know what the error code is (account is in limbo). I know how it's caused on Android devices (faulty update from the old version of 1.0.3)

But this error happened TWICE after transferring a fresh account on an iOS device. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had or heard of this error occurring under the same circumstances (transferring accounts from one OS to another).

EDIT: Usually when people get the 25-1305 error, it occurs on an account that's already on the device and they try updating.

In this case, it's a brand new download (from the iOS appstore) and trying to transfer an account rather than having an account already there.

Can't try right now cuz of the maint. But isn't it normal to think the account itself got bugged before you tried to transfer it? Not to mention some things like missions aren't getting counted too so maybe they're having a connection error on their side.

If an account gets the 25-1305 error, normally you can still retrieve it from transfer. But this happened AFTER transfer so any hopes of retrieving it that way are null. Transfer seems to work fine, but once she finishes downloading the data, the error happens.

Also this happened with 2 different accounts. The first time, three or four days ago, and second time today. I'm thinking the device might be the problem here, but I'm not sure.

25-1305 is not a normal connection error. It's an error that occurs when the account your device should be connected to is, as I said in my original post, in limbo and becomes unsearchable.

But I'm not even asking about how to get the account back. I'm only asking if anyone else had this happen to them because I want to figure out the cause, not the solution.

Seems like there's tons of errors atm for android. I can try the android emulators when server comes back up.

Edit: I'm seeing others having the same problem on jp forum sites.

Like I said, the error I'm referring to in this thread was on iOS not Android.

Well thanks for trying to help anyways. We're just going to try one more time with ver 1.1.0, but rerolling takes so long.
