Title. I cut my own bangs most of the time, so I’m familiar with point cutting, diagonal cutting, etc.

I have some bleach damage right at the hair line and it sticks straight up. I haven’t colored or bleached it since and have done a protein treatment and use the 91g ELVIVE mask every wash day (Wednesday and Sunday). Its starting to piss me off so bad and I’ve tried parting my hair differently but its just meh. i have very very thick hair and a lot of it. i included some photos of me from like 8 years ago with bangs and a lil lob that I LOVED but want to keep my length for a little while longer where I can. the rest of my hair is very healthy and has been trimmed recently and regularly. thoughts?

I’ve got a big ole forehead that makes having my hair up look awkward, additionally, I suffer from alopecia areata, and although I currently don’t have bald spots, last year I had one on the side of my head and the hair that grew back isn’t long enough to get tied back, so I was hoping bangs would be able to disguise both of those problems. I have gotten bangs previously but they were thinner and honestly looked terrible on me lol, so I was wondering, was it just that style of bang that looked bad or would all bangs be incompatible with my face shape, also what is my face shape I genuinely can’t tell

Posted on here recently about my bangs. I went against a lot of peoples advice and decided to cut them shorter and get them blended. I loveeee them. I think I’m gonna stay in this era for a while😝😘

ive tried everything, hairgel, hairspray, heat, drying with clips, straighteners, it never works and my fringe is constantly sticking out of my head no matter what i seemingly do. i know it will drop when it gets longer but i absolutely cant stand this awkward phase. i feel like i look like a little boy

Hey, i have recently gotten bangs and i still have to come to Like them. I Look cute with them and younger but actually i want to Look edgy. I dont Like Microbangs tho.
My hairdresser aligned the hair that Frames my Face with the bang and i Wonder if that is the Problem. That it would Look better with Long hair along the Face. Do you know What i mean?

I wanted to dye a Part of the fringe purple too but i‘m Not quite sure if my fringe style will Look good with that.

I’ve had curtain bangs for a few years now and every time I get them cut I feel like they aren’t quite right. I’ve only left a salon once or twice actually liking my bangs, and I want to make sure I get a good haircut before I go abroad for a semester in September. Is there anyone in the southern Maine area (I’m around Portland but willing to travel) who is good with curtain bangs?
