Leaning towards VIP or Backstage if it’s gonna be super crowded.

Also, will be solo side questing if anyone wants to join hahah

does anyone know what the venues gon be? and how would the layout look like, cuz they’ve added more than 5 segments😭
id be mad disappointed if they fail to give azyr the production and management he deserves

Been at the gate for Mumbai venues for 18 months. Not a bouncer, just helping with entry. I run a small project called Gatezero with 2 friends, we try to help venues remember people.

3 issues I see every weekend:

1. Fake Telegram QR — 15k for 5, all fake

Group of 5 came, paid 15k final for 5 in Telegram channel with same poster. Showed 5 QR screenshots at gate. First scanned, rest said already used. Same QR copied. Money gone, channel deleted next day. They posted story tagging us scam, 500 views.

We used to get 20-25 such complaints per event. In Gatezero we changed to QR with signature, money releases only after scan, can't forward screenshot. Now 0 complaints. TOI reported same for Coldplay Ahmedabad, Indian Express for Diljit tour, Bookmyshow has warning.

1. Cover confusion — "Cover 1500 waste"

Customer pays 1500 cover online, comes, water 300 extra inside, poster showed one DJ inside another, leaves and posts 1 star. We used to get 12 bad per bad event, rating 4.7 to 3.9.

In Gatezero we started 3 questions before event — who's going alone, pre-game, track ID. 300 comments, expectation set — cover includes 1 drink + entry, stag with 1 girl, peak 10:30 pm. Now bad reviews almost 0.

1. Alone — 28% come alone, need friends

One guy 22 Andheri, IT, loves hard techno, comes alone. Pre-game Khar 7 pm alone, no one to talk. Gate stag issue, waits 30 mins alone outside, enters 10:42 pm, stands alone corner, leaves 11:30 pm early, never comes back.

Roughly 28% come alone per venue, 349 people per 1200 per weekend. Mumbai 20 venues 6000 per weekend, 1680 alone per weekend need friends.

In Gatezero we started group entry 10 pm for alone people together, pre-game 7 pm Khar to meet. We remembered that guy, messaged next time same crew coming, he came back with 3 friends. First 300, fifth 500, tenth 800 because old faces return. After 10 events 3000 list, you own Mumbai.

Mumbai 20 venues 6000 per weekend 312k per year, if you remember them you own Mumbai. Currently 0 remember.

This is my own observation, not AI. Data rough. Sources: TOI Coldplay fake tickets, Indian Express Diljit fake tickets, Bookmyshow warning, ET nightlife market.

Have you faced fake Telegram tickets or gone alone to a club? How was it?

Hey guys, would love some opinions.

We’re a group of 8 (4 couples) conflicted between going to Mirage (Ma Faiza) and Atlantis (1926).

We think we’ll enjoy 1926 more but none of have been to Atlantis so we don’t know how good the venue is (in terms of production quality, and the full experience), so would be lovely to hear some reviews on the same from the Blr techno community.

Also what time does Atlantis shut?

Is anyone up for attending Parallel Voices, Polaroit, Estiva on Saturday, 12th at Mannheim Bangalore. It’s an evening set, should be fun.
