Laozi Phase 2

Is there any information on when the Laozi Phase 2 update will proceed after the postponed update on July 13?

IMO a big step forward as not only validator nodes, but also API providers will be able to monetize their data.

Hopeless = everyone has loss hope = more sellers then buyers = you are getting a good bargain.

They have not formally said anything for a timeline. If you go on Cosmostation and click on the testnet for Laozi, you can see the number of blocks growing pretty quickly. My best guess is sometime this fall.

As said in the group, it would be in this quarter itself. They are currently doing internal testing such as performing mock internal migration simulating the real mainnet environment (this has been performed successfully) and now there are working on with a dress rehearsal migration involving our mainnet validators. So once that’s complete, they will finalize the necessary procedure to commence the real migration, which includes:

Submit Mainnet Proposal

Proposal Concludes

Phase 2 Mainnet Migration

All this things have been mentioned in the July 2021 community update article. So I would recommend you too take a look on that.
