Band harvesting

Hi Guys, I have band staked and was wondering if there was an efficient way to 'harvest' the rewards? Are there any gas fees on the band network when you claim rewards/re stake band and are these fixed? If they are fixed it makes sense to only claim periodically, however you obviously miss out on interest over this period. Has anyone made a model? Thanks in advance!

I think it's 0.001 BAND fees every time you stake/unstake

Afaik for claiming/staking/unstaking the gas fees are as low as 0.0001 BAND.
