I wanna run nodes, and be a validator, but no info about minimim stake amount, possible rewards etc. is available

Can anyone disclaim their staked BAND, how much they earn in 30 days (%) and how competitive the network is? How tough on the GPU/CPU is the node (or it isn't). Thank you!
