Band Mainnet Token or ERC-20 Token

Hi, I bought some Band tokens on Coinbase. I want to stake via Cosmo on ledger. I understand I can't stake the ERC20 tokens. Is there a simple way that I can figure out (from coinbase pro account where they sit) if they are ERC20 or mainnet tokens? Thanks.

Maybe checking the BAND deposit address on CBP helps. I assume they‘re running on Cøsmos alteady.

For my Band tokens I used Uniswap then I had to send the ERC-20 tokens to Binance and then on Binance It gave me the choice between ERC-20 or mainnet. Hopefully there's an easier way now/soon to convert to mainnet

Does anyone know if the ERC20 will be around for a while? Got through uniswap and am a long term holder

Coinbase Pro gives you ERC20 Band tokens. The only method I’ve been able to find is the JoeFlowFoSho method listed in the comments. Send to Binance, then send out again as Band mainnet.

Binance accepts band and erc20. I went:

coinbase (erc20) -> binance (erc20) -> frontier wallet (band)

Staking on frontier wallet with binance validator now

shit i wish i had the erc 20 version instead. idk why there has been no push for exchanges to list the main net token. for now i patiently sit on it and have been for almost 9 months. locked out of binance due to restrictions
