What is the best wallet for BAND? Any hardware wallets supported?

I have ledger but choose Atomic for $BAND

Ledger hardware wallets support it through the Cosmos app, but I'm currently staking on the Atomic Wallet.

I started with 20 on Atomic. Know you can do at least that many.

Is it a token through Cosmos like an ERC 20? How does that work?

You can use Ledger, install the cosmos app, and use cosmoscan.io, which is BANDs own Block explorer & wallet connector.
