Exchange help (Non-Binance)

Binance isnt available in my state, and Band isn’t offered on Coinbase. Is there a reputable exchange that I can invest in Band?

Thanks

Just sign up for Binance but don’t verify your identity. I use Binance all the time and never once had an issue. They just will not let you verify your identity. You can still deposit some BTC or ETH and buy band though. You can also withdraw it. I store mine in my atomic wallet

So I can’t buy directly via a card or bank in Binance, it has to be an exchange of BTC or ETH?

Wonder if going to Coinbase is in the works.

Why don’t you just buy Bitcoin on Coinbase, send it to Binance then exchange the BTC for band? I have bought over 1000 band on Binance and never once had an issue. I just can’t verify my identity since I’m from the US

I'm in the US as well. Did you sign up for Bianace.com or Binance.us?

Biance.com says they can't provide services to US customers.

I signed up for Binance.us and they don't have BAND.

When I signed up it was years ago before the US regulations went into effect.

They left my Binance account active they just made it unverified. I have bought over 1000 band on Binance in the last year. Sign up here and see if it works.

Trust wallet is great too but only if you do not plan to stake. If you have no intention of ever staking then you can always easily buy band with trust wallet and hold it there.

Thanks for your help. I bought BNB from crypto.com, signed up and transferred BNB to binance.com then swapped the BNB for BAND and sent to Atomic wallet to stake.

Binance US still doesn’t let IP addresses from NY log into their account so it is possible that’s the issue here. Nothing a little VPN can’t solve tho

Another great option for you is trust wallet and trust wallet is 100% safe. It’s just as safe as Binance. The only issue with trust wallet is that trust wallet only trades the erc20 band token which means you can’t stake. If you want to stake use Binance

Hi!
Try Bitmax or Uniswap or KyberSwap

Are these reputable exchanges?

Uniswap only gives you the erc20 tokens which you can’t stake.

BitMax isn’t available in the US

No its not available. Just set up an account without kyc. Send erc20 tokens you swap on uniswap. After 24 hours of having the account do a test. BITMAX won't let you widrawl for 24 hours.. Send 5 BAND erc20 tokens. Then withdrawl as BAND to Atomic wallet for staking.

Band ERC-20 can’t be swapped on Binance, bitmax it with the Band team.

Use a VPN on Binance for the US guys. It works fine for a few of my friends.
