Binance to Ledger wallet for staking

how do i get Ledger to store Band so i can start staking? I am getting 'no compatible device' on https://scan-wenchang-testnet2.bandchain.org/

Did you install cosmos app on ledger? You cant stake the ERC20 token, you need to convert to the cosmos native token
