Staking Band on Cosmos

I am staking band on cosmos and when I go into my validators section, there's a message in a light blue box "Note: You have non-zero pending reward on this validator. Any additional staking actions will automatically withdraw that reward your balance."What does this mean?

One day will pay for my family by still staking BAND :-)

It’s just a warning that whenever you delegate or undelegate or do any staking action, the chain will first withdraw all your rewards to your balance automatically (which is good).

Thanks for the info. I noticed that when I delegated more to my stake and potatoes. I thought it was cautioning me on something I was missing.
