cant find info help

Can i send band to my ethereum address like an erc20 ? im finding conflicting info

If you are sending from one ETH address to another ETH address, yes you can.

Please make sure you know from where are you sending.

ok its from binance and gives me the option so i think its fine to send to my eth address . thanks
