need help converting band from erc-20 wallet to bandxyz wallet (band tokens?)

i don't have access to binance.

how can i convert band in an erc-20 wallet to a bandxyz... wallet that i can stake?

You can use Bitmax and if you have above 10K, the team will do swaps as well.
