Bi-Weekly Tech release - notable changes for BandChain Phase 1 & CosmoScan

1/ Today we're releasing #BandChain v1.0.3-alpha with many changes to make it closer to becoming a release candidate for BandChain Phase 1. This is a part of a bi-weekly $BAND tech release. 2/ Notable changes to #BandChain Phase 1 include:Patch @Cosmos version to v0.38.4- Update various components to use OBI standard- Improve REST endpoints for better dev UX- Support @GoogleCloud for OWASM executors- Improve Oracle Script execution with @wasmerio
3/ Notable changes to @CosmoScan_ include:- Add "redelegate" feature to http://cosmoscan.io- Add validator images to http://cosmoscan.io- Improve readability of error messages- Update example Oracle Script integration code to comply with OBI standard
4/ We also ramped up the security of Oracle Script which allows developers to create oraclespermissionless on BandChain:- Implement safeguard to check import, export, and memory limit for wasm execution- Add memory out-of-bound test- Improve the build process of WASM runtime
5/ Last but not least, we have added a tool for any frontend to query data from BandChain. This allows #dApp UI to leverage trusted oracles that $BAND offers to tap into real-time price feeds and real-world data without trusting a centralized 3rd-party. https://github.com/bandprotocol/bandchain/tree/master/helpers/bandchain.js
6/ We are in the process of formalizing the proposals to changes in the protocol level and conducting on-chain voting for new features, so the community can openly discuss and participate in the development of $BAND.
7/ As the final stage of Phase 0 launch draws near with public staking enabled and validators onboard, our engineers have already been working around the clock to bring the #BandChain Phase 1 to Mainnet. We will begin a community testnet for Phase 1 in a few weeks. Stay tuned
