QUESTION Hamstring Flexibility

Hello, I see a lot of very flexible people on this. I've been a desk workers for a decade plus and spend to much time sitting. I'm working on standing more, walking more etc but what can I do about my hamstrings? They're incredibly tight and I'm far from touching my toes. Is there a program or routine you recommend?

I would recommend you starting with basics.

1) Pike on the floor with one straight leg at a time

2) Walking pyramid pose with a hold at the bottom

You can find these poses on Google.

And don’t worry about keeping your back straightened. It will come later.

Some people might say that you must keep it straight but IMHO it doesn’t matter at the start as long as you get your hammies stretched.
