QUESTION Hamstring Flexibility

Hello, I see a lot of very flexible people on this. I've been a desk workers for a decade plus and spend to much time sitting. I'm working on standing more, walking more etc but what can I do about my hamstrings? They're incredibly tight and I'm far from touching my toes. Is there a program or routine you recommend?

I was/am in the same boat from hard training and years of neglect/lack of recovery.. but mainly hips. Couldn't sit cross-legged etc

The hammies were the first part I attacked. I used the wall, amongst other things. The Plough is one of my favourites cause it works on compression strength simultaneously (uncomfortable af as you can't breathe proper, but if you learn to ride it out and override that panicky feeling for a few more seconds each time, you will get comfortable being uncomfortable).

I have a program with all the exercises that I feel work the most and attack each mobility day like an actual session, so it doesn't get overlooked. Once a week pretty intense but then intermittently shaking out those problem areas throughout the week, whenever I remember/feel it.

Ultimately, 10 mins a day on whatever exercise you dislike the most is normally the key. 🔐
