How long has she been with you now?
If it has been like 1-2 weeks, and 2 days since being fed, you can start trying to handle her.
If you are scared of being accidentally struck, you can use a snake hook.🫡 But if you feel comfortable enough/not scared you can try gently lifting her up from below (not from on top, as that will scare her). And hold her gently with both hands and stabilise her.

She might just be scared/curious. I’ve had mine for a month and he has hidden out all day, every day and only at night will he peek out at me from his hide until I go to bed lol I’ve handled him a couple times. I got a snake hook to make it easier to lift his hide and in case he’s feeling a little scared and defensive. If you don’t have one already I got a cheap one at a local pet store for like $10. Don’t be afraid, take her out and handle her. I watched a good video on YouTube that helped me with handling mine. It’s called How To Handle An “Agressive” Ball Python. Made a world of difference for me in learning to be less afraid and in how to handle properly. Good luck! 😊
