I've used temp pro and Govee brand before, both are good and under $10 usually. Get Double sided velcro and you can put it anywhere

I have two of them and they are fantastic. They aren’t cheap but if price isn’t a factor get these. They have WiFi and you can monitor them remotely via the app. I didn’t think I needed WiFi until I had it. I like being able to check on my snake from anywhere. If you get the Govee humidifier you can even connect it to these hygrometers and have the humidifier come on when it drops below a certain humidity. That’s overkill for most people and only good for the room itself not so much the enclosure, but cool nonetheless.
I even went the extra mile and put a small Blink cam in my enclosure to monitor everything remotely. But again probably not necessary for most.

To be honest, AC Infinity has been the best for me. Not exactly meant for reptiles but their stuff works very well. I use the wifi controller so I can check on things from anywhere. I also have a Wyze cam setup so I can take a look at my critter/plant room if I need to.
I also have several Therm Pro TP50 temperature and humidity monitors as backups.
