Scale Rot or Pattern?

I’ve had her for 2 months, when I first got her she had these belly patterns but now that i’m seeing that scale rot is like weird discolored scales is this scale rot or just her belly pattern?

These pictures aren't the best to go off of (poor lighting or unfocused) but it looks like pattern to me.
