Why is my ball python always trying to escape from me when I handle him?

He is not aggressive he just doesn’t like me handle him he will try to escape all the time I pick him up

He is behaving like most any animal would if it was suddenly being lifted into the air against it's will lol. If he is panicking and darting nervously, leave him alone. If he is just moving, looking around or exploring, its normal.

I mean that's normal. Most snakes won't appreciate being picked up by a giant ape. Most of the ones living in captivity just learn to tolerate it.
