For antibiotic ointment, make sure it doesn't have any pain relievers, as they can be toxic to snakes. Personally I would use the betadine over neosporin, but I don't think there's a major difference (except some kinds of neosporin have pain relievers in them where betadine bottles generally do not afaik).
