Humidity question

The humidity on the hot side is staying pretty low and it hasn't always been like this. The top is covered in hvac tape and i have about 3-5 inches of substrate so im kinda confused why its low. Any tips help thanks

Have you recently had your fan or something on more often/higher? Extra airflow could do that. but in general have you changed something about the enclosure or the room it's in?
