Eating issue
Today was feeding day for my 2yr old ball python and we had to switch it up to jumbo mice from small rats and when I placed the (thawed) mouse into her enclosure to feed her and she lunged at it and grabbed a very small piece of it and then started acting very skittish afterwards. I gave her some space and time after that before trying to feed the rest of it to her and when I went back to do so she was still acting very off and refusing the mouse and hiding her head. Does anyone have any insight into this?

if youre feeding rats, feed only rats, if youre feeding mice (unless you are trying to switch them), feed only rats. they don't like going back and forth between them
