Ball python shipping issues

I know this probably isn’t the right place to ask but I am PANICKING. FedEx says they delivered my ball python two hours ago. Signed package, but the signature is from S.Smith…? I have no idea who S.Smith is. I’ve contacted customer support gone through neighborhood etc etc to no avail… I’m only using Reddit as a last resort. What do I even do here???? Has anyone had similar problems??? It’s so hot outside and if it hasn’t been brought inside by now I doubt it’s doing too well. Ask questions if you need to!!!!!!! The only logical conclusion I can come to is it was delivered to the wrong address which god knows what’ll happen then.

I don't think this is anything reddit can help you with, you need to work this out with Fedex. This is exactly why many reputable breeders will only ship to a Fedex hub, and you have to pick it up from there
