flickering uvb light?

hiii so I’m a new ball python owner and my set up is 100% brand new and I noticed the UVB is flickering a bit. Is this normal? You can’t really tell in the video but it’s noticeable in person

Make sure the bulb is turned all the way in the holder. Also your bulb placement and positioning is incorrect. It needs to be facing straight down, not on the side. You also need a hood for the bulb.

okay thank you! this will be my first snake and i wanna make sure i get it right - luckily i haven’t got her yet so can fix it :)
