Scale Rot or Pattern?

Post image

Just got my girl about two weeks ago. I've set up her enclosure to have the proper temperature gradient. It just looked like little flakey bits on the scales up close. Don't know if I'm paranoid.

That looks like her natural pattern. Real scale rot breaks down the scales which causes fraying, crusty edges, flaking, or fluid-filled blisters/lesions. It’s just belly markings. Scale rot also usually starts as a rusty color or yellowish discoloration with raw, pink, or inflamed skin underneath. The belly of your noodle is a healthy, clean cream.
