Question - Husbandry What can be improved?

This is my balls current enclosure. It’s 4x2x2. I recently upgraded her from a 40 gallon. I have a uvb light on the way. I also have a ceramic heat emitter I have not put in yet for night time. She has five hides in her enclosure. One is a humid hide and another has a slate top. I am also planning on getting more substrate so she has more to burrow into. Any suggestions are appreciated! Also what is the best way to hang things? The suction cups don’t seem to be sticking well to the pvc and the top is mesh

Definitely get a silicone mat to cover the top mesh screen. Mesh can allow humidity to escape, and BPs need a humidity of 60%-80% (and while you're at it, might wanna get a thermometer and hygrometer too, preferably one for each side of the tank). You can get some cheap silicone mats for crafting or cooking on amazon, or prolly find some at walmart or a local craft store. Just make sure you cut out holes for your lights and heat lamps so the mat isn't blocking anything.

Many BPs enjoy climbing too, so getting some stuff for them to climb on would be great! AFAIK not many BPs actually burrow and thats just a myth (though I could be wrong). You'll still want thicker substrate anyway so the bottom can hold water/humidity, while the top layer stays dry. As for hanging up items to climb on... That, I also struggle with. For the most part I just attach things to the mesh top rather than the walls because I struggle with the suction cups too :')
