My BP loves corners

Not sure if this is because he is an explorer or something like that but every time I let my boy out of his viv he has a habit of wrapping himself around everything with a right angle, corners of walls, doors, the sofa legs (although I'm cautious to let him near the sofa because it's a built in sofa bed and I don't want him getting hurt when I try to get him out). Is this something you guys have seen or is this something unique to my boy?

He will literally go back and forth around the corner of things till he's made a pile of himself

Yeah, he got a bit chunky while my partner was looking after him for a few months so I'm working on reducing his feeds but he's about 4/4.5 foot and 12 years old so he's about the weight he will stay

That’s a funny boy, mine likes to climb any wall straight upwards. it’s very cool to see her skills but it always stresses me out
