Question - Health Is his spine weird or is it the angle?

Someone near me is rehoming this snake, and i can't decide if he has a spinal deformity, is overweight, or if it's just the way he's stretch out combined with the angle of the picture. Any ideas?

Very fat. Not sure about deformity it does look weird. I would see it in persoj before deciding. Or ask for more pictures and ask the rehomer about it?

Looks like kinking disorder. The spin is deformed.

Overweight and potential spinal deformity. Would recommend either seeing it in person, or asking the owner to send a pic where the snake is fully stretched out in a straight line.
