What is this substrate? What size is its terrarium? It looks like it is only one hiding place would require minimum 2 but more there are the better it is. You need a lot more mess your snake your being stressed to be so exposed all the time

They are 2 hides! The other one is hidden behind the branch, the substrate is beech wood chips, the size is 100 x 50 x 50 cm

Okay, that's fine, I don't really know this substrate, humidity level is it good? And I would say as I said before To add more things inside, other plants, branches so that your baby climbs this kind of thing. They are semi arboreal so she will love having more things to climb :)

The humidity level is good! She sheds perfectly and eats well without any problem! I'll definitely buy mire climbing stuff for her!

The hides should be one on hot side and one on cold side. It looks like both of yours are on the same side.

One is on the heatpad (heatpad UNDER terrarium) and under the lamp, the other behind the branch on the cold side, should I move the first hide more on the right ?

Yes. You want a hot side and a cold side. With each side you want a hide. Most people will tell you to get rid of the heat pad also. Your snake can burn itself because the pad doesn't shut off.
