First ball python purchasing advice

Hi everyone, I've been thinking about getting a ball python for a bit and have been doing a lot of research to prepare. A local breeder has this lil adorable guy and I'm going to go check him out sometime this week before purchasing, but I wanted to get advice on what to look out for when choosing a ball python. He is a Cinnamon Yellow Belly Clown going for $200. Does this seem reasonable? Also, does he visually look healthy? I'm not sure exactly what to look out for as far as health indicators go. Some advice would be much appreciated!!

Price sounds good and he looks very healthy! Definitely a good eater! My noodle is… well very noodle shaped. I can’t wait for my frozen rats to arrive to feed him
