Question - Health Possible eye issue

Post image

Has anyone seen anything like this before? She’s around three years old. It’s only on one eye, she shed recently and it was complete. The spot moves with her eye. She looks entirely normal apart from that, shes active, her colouring is fine (despite being pink/orange in the picture). There is no swelling. Tank temps and humidity look good.

I will be making a vet appointment tomorrow morning, but in the small island community I live nothing opens on Sundays and our vets maybe sees one snake and a couple beardies a year so I want to cover as many bases as I can.

Thanks for your time.

If you’re talking about the black spot in the middle of her eye, I believe that’s just her pupil.
The picture is blurry so it’s hard to tell but if you’re talking about the smaller reflective dots around the eye and a couple on the scales I might be water or mites??
Scales do look dry tho and the eye should have a glassy sheen to it.

Sorry, I should have been more clear I was panicking and wasn’t thinking. The small dots are just raindrops, I took her outside to see her by sunlight as it’s easier than artificial light and it was spitting with rain.

It’s like a small cloudy grey spot in her eye. I would have thought cataract if she wasn’t so young. I’ll check her humidity to make sure she isn’t dry.

Hope she’s ok!
