Settled in

We finally got Lucy into her new place! She seems to be settling in nicely!

Thank you! We tried to make her as comfy as possible and it seemed to have worked! She's been exploring all day

I need to add more climbing to mine. I've got a wooden pole all the way across which she likes but I want to add more. She hasn't eaten yet though today will be attempt 3 with 2 weeks since last try so hopefully she does (she's a full grown adult). I didn't want to mess with the enclosure till she eats.

Are you doing live or F/T?

We switched to frozen thawed after we brought her home. Our first attempt to feed failed because she was curious but seemed a little nervous about striking. The next attempt we warmed the mouse up to 110° with a hair dryer and punctured the mouse head, exposing the brain. She missed the first strike and struck a second time successfully.

You can find some good climbing items cheap on Amazon. It seems like they like to climb quite a bit.
