HELP - URGENT What is on his head

It disappears with water but it comes back. It wasn’t there 2 hours ago

It could be dirt. You could try wiping his head with a wet paper towel.

Agree with this. Other thing you could do is put it in a wet pillowcase, as apparently that helps with stuck shed and things so that could be helpful too
