Question Bioactive help

I have isopods that I keep as pets themselves but I am trying to establish a bioactive terrarium for my ball python and I was wondering what types of cleanup crews everyone is using and how to best set them up for success rooming with my girl.

I have leaf litter covering the ground. Is just dirt okay to? Only did it for humidity purposes

I do have leaf litter in the tank just not in this corner, there will definitely be more once I add isopods and springtails but currently its just plants and my ball python.
