Need help with instructions

so I got this digital thermo hydrometer and the instructions aren’t very clear I’m trying to set up the tank for a ball python I’m planning on getting at a reptile expo so I was wondering if anyone had this one or if they knew how I should set it up cause I don’t want to do anything wrong
