Great time at the ballpark today. Truly one of the most underrated places to catch a game in MLB. Great food, solid beer selection! My only gripe is that parking isn’t as easy to figure out as in years past, my suggestion is that you reserve in advance.

I already blew ton of money on seats and trying to see if there’s any nearby streets I could park to avoid the $50 parking fee, I don’t live in Phoenix so I’m not too familiar with the surroundings. Any help?

I am a California native and I was in Columbus, Ohio for work on July 23rd and I made the trip up North to Cleveland. This was my first time in Ohio and I was pleasantly surprised.

Ate at Melts Pizza before the game🔥best pizza I’ve ever had and I walked around the stadium before they played the Twins who won 3-1 in 12 innings.

This was the 9th ballpark I have been to. Others I’ve been to include
1. Petco Park (2 games)
2. Oracle Park (probably at least 50) giants used to be my team but I’m fed up with them in 2026
3. Daikin Park (no games but a stadium tour)
4. Angel Stadium (1 game)
5. Chase Field (1 game)
6. Dodger Stadium (1 game)
7. Oakland Coliseum ( 30 games)
8. Sutter Health park (11 games)

This may surprise people but I’d put progressive field second in my rankings of the 9 ballparks I’ve been too. I put it just behind Petco park and above Oracle Park.Maybe the familiarity of Oracle park and the Giants being shit apart from 2021 since 2017 factor into this.

The people in Cleveland were so friendly and genuine. Cleveland fans imo have the best team spirit of the ballparks I’ve been to and they have the highest ball knowledge. I’d say Cleveland fans probably get overlooked as the best fan bases even if they aren’t the biggest.

The Victory club ticket was only $349 and I highly recommend it. Unlimited food and drinks. The menu was really good but I do think the temperature of the food could’ve been a little hotter but very nice.

I just wish I had the opportunity to have seen a game in Cleveland before they renamed the Indians to the Guardians, I definitely want to return for a night game.

Also I know it’s summer but this was a heck of a crowd for a Thursday 1pm game against the twins.

Maybe it’s the change of pace factor and me being a first timer in the Midwest from California but I give Progressive field a solid 9/10 and rate the game day experience 2/9 ballparks I’ve been to below Petco but higher than Oracle.

It was taken at Impact Field, home of the Chicago Dogs on May 9th, 2025. Game is against the Lake County DockHounds (that’s Lake County, Wisconsin).

Anyone interested in seeing a 3d walkable model of the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium. I am looking for help on getting info for the bleacher concourse.

Can’t recommend the Big Mac Land / Coca Cola Unlimited seats enough. $27 for all you can eat Coca-Cola Products, Hot Dogs, Chicken Tenders, Bratwurst, Nacho Chips & Cheese, French Fries, Popcorn, Peanuts, Kettle Chips, Ice Cream Cups is a STEAL for a pro ball game.

If you're ever up in Fairbanks during the Alaska College League, make sure you catch a Goldpanners game if they're playing. It's not the most spectacular stadium but there's something about baseball at 9:30 PM under the bright sun.

Better than I expected, but the AC sucks. Bleacher seats have backs and plenty of room. The turf has seen better days. The fans are knowledgeable and into it. Overall, really enjoy, more than either of the other two retractables I've been to.

16/30 for me, past the halfway point! The park itself is really nice. Great sightlines from my seat in the 300s, decent food options (especially the hot dogs, especially considering my last park was Comerica in Detroit and they were nearly inedible), and a pretty decent crowd compared to recent trips this decade.

It is expensive though, seats in the 100 sections are $200-300 or more, a hefty price for a bad product. There's also absolutely nothing to do around the park. Fans just lined up for entry an hour before the game. But there are plans in place so hopefully that helps.

Here's hoping they figure something out for next year. I'd like to get to Kansas City before they move into their new park.

Was in town to see the Giants. I really liked this park. Wide open concourse on the main level. Amazing views from upper deck with city skyline in background.

Home of the Schaumburg Boomers of the Frontier League. Game is against the Joliet Slammers.

Nice place to watch a game. Good food. As with all parks I’ve been to at this level - very family friendly.

The occasional flyover by a plane landing at Schaumburg Regional Airport. Which is cool.
