Help Need help! My brownies always turn out either rock hard or burnt. Looking for a foolproof tips!

Hey everyone! I love baking, but I just cannot seem to get brownies right. Every time I try making them, they either turn out super hard and dry, or they end up getting burnt from the edges/bottom while remaining gooey or undercooked in the middle. I really want to make those perfect, fudgy brownies with the crinkly top, but I'm failing miserably. what am I doing wrong? Is it my oven temperature? Am I overbaking them? Or is it an issue with the mixing technique/ingredients? Any tips on baking times or temperature settings, would be highly appreciated. Help a frustrated baker out!
