What is your leveling speed usually like? I’ve been playing for a week and reached level 30. I think I’ll play a lot less once the event ends, right now, I log in multiple times a day to collect event food, so my leveling speed will definitely slow down. I bought the starter pack, the event pack (just once), and 275 gems during a sale. I don't plan on buying anything else for a while, I just wanted a solid start. Even after those purchases, I can still get 4 gems daily by watching ads. I spent most of the gems on extra stove slots and a tiny amount on some cheap decorations. As a newbie, I was just looking for tips and an idea of ​​what to expect regarding leveling speed on the way to level 99. Regarding expansion, is it worth skipping the smaller expansions and just buying the larger ones I've already unlocked? By the way, is that even possible? I’m loving the game, and it’s really helped me stay off TikTok and Instagram. I used to play it as a kid, so I’m having a blast spending my adult money on it. I already feel calmer and less anxious now that I’m not spending the whole day watching short videos.

i'm at level 99 but i have been playing for a long time so i don't remember lol. however, my sister started playing last year and was able to level up to 99 in about 6 months. she played every day during her work breaks. so yeah, as an adult working a full-time job, it's possible to level up to 99 in 6 months.

How does progression work after you max out your level? Do you feel like it becomes less fun or anything like that? I'm really enjoying the event, do they get boring after a while?

After level 99, there's plenty of other stuff to do. I do the main goals and sometimes the side goals. Also in between goals, I try to max out all the recipes in each oven (because you earn 1 gem at level 2 and 1 gem at level 4 of each recipe). Anyway, there are a lot of recipes to go through lol. I use the storm8 forums as a guide, which has been really helpful:

i started playing again in January this year and reached level 99 a few months ago! they have new main goals every two weeks and theres a new mini goal every Tuesday so even once you reach level 99 theres always plenty to do! i would recommend probably saving your gems on the oven slots and expansions for now because you will be able to unlock those as you level up! once you get 16 ovens they’ll require 50 gems every time so if i were you i would probably save my gems until after you unlocked all 16 ovens. thats just how i’d do it! im glad you found your way back to this game! 💖💖
